The Retalix Roadmap For The Future Will Be The Focus Of The Retalix International Customer Conference

Customers of Retalix, OMI, IDS and TCI get together on September 18-21 in Dallas, Texas

Ra’anana, Israel, August 9, 2005 -- Retalix Ltd. (Nasdaq: RTLX), a provider of integrated enterprise-wide software solutions for the food and consumer goods retail and distribution industries worldwide, announced today that it will be holding its first International Customer Conference on September 18th through 21st, 2005, at the Wyndham Anatole Conference Center in Dallas, Texas.

Center stage at the conference will be Retalix’s Roadmap for The Future, following the recent acquistions of OMI International, IDS and TCI Solutions. Retalix President and CEO, Barry Shaked, will present his vision of synchronizing data and operations across the retaling and distribution chain, and will explain how Retalix is transforming the vision into reality.


Keynote speakers at the conference will include:

    * Reuben Halevi, EVP of Product Development, Retalix, who will present the
strategic technology roadmap for the Company’s products;
    * Philip Clarke, International and IT Director, Tesco Group, who will speak
about “How Tesco is Growing Outside Its Home Market: Better, Simpler, Cheaper"
    * Senior industry analyst Scott Langdoc, Vice President of AMR Research, who
will speak about “The 21st Century Synchronized Supply Chain: Blending Demand
Intelligence And Effective Execution Creates Leaders, Not Laggards.”

Attendees at the conference will include executives and IT professionals from retail, distribution, and wholesale organizations in the food, fuel and fast-moving consumer goods segments from the USA, Europe, Asia, the Pacific and other countries around the world.

The conference will provide the expanded family of Retalix customers with hands-on exposure to the Company’s full set of offerings, with over 160 educational sessions, a comprehensive technology center, and a user feedback forum with the development team leaders. As many as thirty Retalix business partners such as IBM, Symbol Technologies, Microsoft and Vocollect will be participating in the conference as presenters, exhibitors or sponsors.
